Transparency on pricing and quality

  • 1. Why are some companies cheaper?

The price can vary significantly depending on the quality of the work, the equipment, and the products used. Some companies offer very low prices because they use entry-level polymeric sand, which is less durable and much cheaper. They also often use low-power machines, diluted products, or fast methods that can damage surfaces.

At MAG, we use only professional-grade products, including Alliance Gator G2 polymeric sand, known for its performance and durability. This ensures a stronger, cleaner, and longer-lasting result.

  • 2. Why do some companies charge much more?

Some companies have higher prices because of their internal structure: more employees, higher operating costs, or simply very large profit margins. Their strategy may also be to position themselves in a higher price range.

At MAG, we maintain fair and transparent pricing while using professional products such as Alliance Gator G2 polymeric sand when the service requires it. Our goal is to offer excellent value without exaggeration.

  • 3. Where does MAG Pressure Washing stand in the market pricing?

We are generally in the mid-range of the market, offering above-average value for the price.

Not the cheapest — because we follow professional standards.

Not the most expensive — because we optimize our methods to remain affordable.

  • 4. What can increase the price of a service?

    • Large area to clean
    • Embedded dirt (grease, moss, rust, oil)
    • Difficult access
    • Use of specialized products (OneRestore, strippers, etc.)
    • Removal of old sealer
    • Urgent service or work outside regular hours
  • 5. What can reduce the price?

    • Surface in good condition
    • Easy and unobstructed access
    • Recurring contracts or regular clients
    • Neighbourhood discount (multiple houses in the same area)
  • 6. What risks can occur during a cleaning?

Even though we work with safe and controlled techniques, certain risks can occur depending on the condition of the surfaces or installations. Here are the main ones:

    • Peeling paint that may detach if it is already weakened
    • Weakening of old joints (pre-existing cracks)
    • Water infiltration in areas already damaged (cracks, open joints)
    • Color changes on heavily oxidized or already faded surfaces
    • Sensitive plants affected by products or pressure
    • Reveal of hidden damage that was already present but not visible before cleaning

We always inspect the property before starting and inform the client if we identify any specific risks. Transparency is part of our approach.
